Specialty Pharmacy | Rare & Ultra-Rare Disease Focus

Location: Memphis
We are partnering with a rapidly growing specialty pharmacy organization focused on supporting patients with rare and ultra-rare diseases. This organization has experienced significant expansion over the past two years and continues to grow its specialty pharmacy operations.
The team is currently seeking 4 Tennessee-licensed Pharmacists (RPh) for a temporary engagement with strong potential for future extension or temp-to-perm consideration.
Position Overview
The Pharmacist will support specialty pharmacy operations focused on rare and ultra-rare disease therapies while ensuring prescription accuracy, regulatory compliance, and exceptional patient support.
Responsibilities
- Verify and review prescription orders for accuracy and compliance
- Support specialty pharmacy dispensing and workflow operations
- Collaborate with pharmacy technicians and clinical staff to ensure efficient patient service
- Maintain compliance with state and federal pharmacy regulations
- Assist in supporting therapies for specialty and rare disease patient populations
Qualifications
Required
- Active Tennessee Pharmacist license
Strongly Preferred
- CPR+ experience (considered a major advantage)
- Specialty pharmacy experience
- Pediatrics experience
- Additional pharmacy technology/program experience

- Holds an active California Pharmacist license
Schedule
- Monday–Friday
- 5 days per week
- Typical shifts:
- 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Assignment Details
- Initial staffing duration anticipated to be approximately 1 month
- Ideal start dates: OR AS SOON AS POSSIBLE
